What if my package arrives damaged or not at all?
If your order was sent and does not arrive, you will be supplied with tracking info, and you should consult the carrier to see why it did not arrive. If the product packaging appears to have suffered damage, please take a photo of it. This should make your claim through the carrier easier for you to process.
You will automatically be supplied with a tracking code. If the above scenario were to occur you would use it to see why the carrier did not successfully deliver your order.
