Make sure your PayPal address is correct

If you purchase from us, it is your responsibility to make sure that your verified PayPal address is correct. Item must ship to a verified PayPal address. If you make an error in address, this can complicate you receiving your order. If you make an error and the item gets delivered to a wrong address, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for this; please ensure that you are positive about your PayPal address being correct.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may apply for a refund. Please contact me prior to returning any products. Refund does not include return of shipping fees.

Any returned item must be accompanied by all materials that accompanied it including tags. Product must not be contaminated by stains, dirt, sun fading, or smoke odor. Tags must be free of writing or markings. Item must be free of sustained wear and tear.


How long do I have to request a return?

If you do wish to return an item, the request to return must be made within 2 days of you receiving order. All returns must have prior approval.


What do I do if my order suffers damage during transit?

If you receive a package that appears to have suffered damage during transit, take a photo of the package before opening it. This way it's much easier for you to make your claim through the carrier. If it's possible to assist you in any way, I will.
You will automatically be supplied with a tracking code. If the aforementioned situation were to occur, you would use it to see why the carrier did not successfully deliver your package.
